Your vehicle is covered by a warranty package for up to 3 years from date of first registration (unlimited mileage during the first 24 months, followed by a further 1 year limited to a total mileage of 60,000. For KOLEOS and ZOE the third year is limited to a total mileage of 100,000).

_{Your Renault Dealer or Renault Z.E. Dealer is able to repair or replace without charge, parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect that is recognised by Renault. The paintwork warranty runs for 3 years and the anti-corrosion warranty for 12 years. For TWIZY, the paintwork warranty runs for 2 years and anti-corrosion warranty for 6 years.}

Should you need it, we’ll provide emergency roadside repairs or tow you to the nearest Renault Dealer or Renault Z.E. Dealer.
This service is available 24 hours a day and is provided for 36 months from the date of first registration (or the duration of the battery lease). Assistance is provided within the UK & Northern Ireland only at roadside, home and includes national recovery and onward travel. Renault Assistance applies to mechanical or electrical defects which are covered by warranty.

Zoe) - The EasyLife Pack is available on eligible retail vehicles and ends when the vehicle is 3 years old from registration date or has completed 30,000 miles (whichever comes first). Services must be carried out in line with the manufacturer’s minimum maintenance programme requirements and servicing intervals within +/- 1 month or 1,000 miles of the service interval and can only be carried out at a Renault Approved outlet. Services will also include a Vehicle Health Check.  Servicing does not include wear and tear parts including but not limited to brakes, tyres and wiper blades. To qualify you must order and purchase the EasyLife Pack from a Renault Approved outlet or Renault.co.uk before the first service or within 1 month from registration (whichever comes first). Cannot be part exchanged, refunded or transferred. The EasyLife Pack is available on vehicles ordered and registered from 11th May 2018 and only available to be purchased by the first owner of the vehicle (excludes pre-registered vehicles).}

_{Renault EasyLife Pack/Plan payment process (as applicable): The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries:}

_{BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.}

_{In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the EasyLife Pack/Plan. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the EasyLife Pack/Plan and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement.}

_{TRANSFERABILITY: The EasyLife Pack/Plan is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the EasyLife Pack/Plan is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.}

_{CANCELLATIONS: You have 14 days from the date you purchased your EasyLife Pack/Plan to cancel it. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel, please email info@renault-aftersales.co.uk}
