In practice, the 435-mile range of the new PEUGEOT E-3008 Long Range allows it to complete a trip from Paris to Nice with only two stops, compared to at least three from all its competitors. It will be showcased as a world premiere on the PEUGEOT stand at the 2024 Paris Motor Show (October 14th to 20th, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles).

For the Long-Range versions, PEUGEOT introduces a 230HP (170kW) powertrain with a high-capacity battery offering up to 435 miles (E-3008) or 415 miles (E-5008) of range in the WLTP combined cycle. This new powertrain joins the E-3008 and E-5008 range alongside the 210HP (157kW) powertrain which offers up to 326 miles or 311 miles of range respectively.
With the launch of this new Long-Range version, the PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008 210 and 230 Long Range will benefit from a new battery pre-conditioning system, allowing for optimised charging times during long journeys.
Manufactured in Sochaux and equipped with batteries produced at the ACC gigafactory in Douvrin, the PEUGEOT E-3008 and E-5008 Long-Range models exemplify ‘French Tech’ excellence. The efficient design of the STLA-Medium ‘BEV-by-Design’ platform allows for a greater amount of energy to be stored between the wheels with a battery that is only 15mm thicker while preserving the cabin and boot space that is found on the 210HP 73kWh version as well as the hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains.

The E-3008 230 Long Range also brings improvements in Mode 4 charging time, accepting up to 160 kW power on DC rapid chargers, with 27 minutes to go from 20-80%, or 93 miles in 10 minutes.

The PEUGEOT E-5008 230 Long Range brings the same improvements in Mode 4 charging time, accepting up to 160kW power on DC rapid chargers, with 27 minutes to go from 20-80%, or 93 miles in 10 minutes.
