Citroën Service - From £229 Dependant on Model

Applies to vehicles on a two year service regime. Content Engine Oil & filter change, safety, computer, battery, levels and anti-corrosion checks and adjustments. It’s important that your car is serviced in line with the manufacturer service schedule to maintain its performance and efficiency, and also contribute to maintaining its residual value.

MOT Tests - £54.85

The first MOT test is required when your vehicle is 3 years old. All of our testers are UK Vehicle Inspectorate trained and we will only be using Citroen genuine parts to carry out any necessary repair work.

Brake Fluid Change - From £69

Keeping your vehicle's braking system in good condition is crucial for your safety and that of others. Brake fluid is a hydraulic fluid used in vehicles to transfer force into pressure in the braking system to bring the vehicle to a stop.

Brake fluid is hygroscopic which means it absorbs water and over time this will impact the braking performance. This causes the brake pedal to feel ‘soft’ or in the worst scenario, not work at all.

In common with all major vehicle manufacturers Citroen recommends that your brake fluid is changed at least every 2 years to ensure reliability and safety.

Timing Belt Replacement - £569

The timing belt on your vehicle is a key component to the operation of the engine, synchronising the permanent movement of pistons and valves. As a result, it is used intensively and is constantly subject to forces from the engine operation, meaning that wear of the belt will occur overtime. Changes in the climate can also affect the belt, leading to early wear.

It is essential that the timing belt is regularly replaced, to help prevent it from failing. Failure of the timing belt would cause immediate and serious damage, and can even lead to the engine breaking down.

Air Con Service - £139

Citroen recommends a service of the air conditioning system every two years. The air con service is a thorough Inspection of the system, including a complete recharge of the air con gas and a cleanse of the evaporator.

As of 2017, a new type of air conditioning gas is required by law for all NEW vehicles. The gas, called HFO-1234yf, replaces previous refrigerants, as it produces 98% fewer climate-damaging pollutants than its predecessor, R134a.

Front Brake Pads - From £169

The braking system on your vehicle is essential for your safety and so it is recommended that the condition of your brake pads is checked regularly. Over time, the friction caused by braking will wear down the material that they are made from. If the brake pads become very worn, damage can occur on the brake discs, which in the event of needing to brake quickly, could cause loss of control of the vehicle.

Front Brake Pads & Discs - From £329

The braking system on all vehicles is subject to significant stress during use and over time, the friction generated during braking will cause the material that the brake pads are made from to wear down. lf the brake pads become very worn, damage can occur on the brake discs; however, the discs are also subject to damage by becoming tarnished, cracked or oxidised.

Damage to the brake discs can cause loss of control in the event of needing to brake quickiy. Therefore it is recommended that the condition of you vehicles brake pads and discs is checked regularly and replaced if necessary to help maintain the safety of the braking system.

Coolant Change - £89

Severe weather conditions can greatly affect the protective qualities of the coolant in your car, in some cases this can become acidic leading to expensive damage to major parts of your engine such as the head gasket and radiator. It is important to check your coolant level and strength regularly and replace if necessary.
