The Service Plan covers the scheduled services of your vehicle. Tyres, exhausts, brake pads, windscreen wipers etc and other components subject to wear and tear during the life of your vehicle are not included. The amount of the monthly payments is agreed based upon an estimate of the Customer’s likely servicing requirements over the Plan Term; taking into account projected annual mileage and scheduled service intervals as specified in the service manual. If these estimates are incorrect and additional costs (in excess of the accumulated Monthly Price) are incurred by the Customer, no liability is accepted by the Retailer, and the Customer acknowledges that it shall be liable for any such excess costs. There is a small administrative charge of £30 plus VAT for refunding or cancelling the plan. This charge will be waived if you take out a new policy at the same time as the cancellation.
